1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, RaiseYourFlag.

2. Contracting Party
The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.

5. Delivery
We deliver to Germany, throughout the EU, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

6. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SOFORT, iDEAL, eps, Bancontact, Blik, Przelewy24, MobilePay, TWINT

7. Custom Orders
Our products are custom-made according to customer specifications (e.g., personalized flags with city names).

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal, as these are customized products (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

10. Final Provisions
German law applies.
